As some of you know I have always been passionate about the topic of Leadership and been working for the last 6 years in creating leadership development programs for large organisations. Over that same period I have been collecting a vast array of theories, concepts, examples, exercises, and ideas to create a unique leadership development experience.
Right now I’m exploring the idea to host an online cohort for 8-20 people to learn more about leadership and share experiences with likeminded people.
It would include a 3-month learning journey
- More than 10 self-paced lessons
- Various reflection exercises
- 6 digital lessons with a group of other people
- Access to a learning community
The content is structured around
- A self-designed leadership framework (based on existing leadership concepts and theories)
- A community platform that invites for active sharing with other people
- Exercises to make you reflect while getting input from the cohort
To test this idea, I would like to hear from you whether this idea is viable. After all there is no point in crating something no one is waiting for.
